Ryan: Exgirlfriends are like...
Philip: What?
Ryan: An annoying thorn in the flesh that would slowly work itself out if it wasn't so damned determined to stay there.
Philip: I couldn't have said it better.

Ni Hao, Writers.

Happy Chinese New Year 4702. It is the year of the Monkey. It is common
to wish you good fortune, and Chinese children receive a red envelope
stuffed with new money. I cannot offer you money, but I can offer you
good words. Words are money, too.

Attached is the grading information sheet for your reference.
Nancy Martin a.k.a. Ma Ning (my Chinese name, meaning tranquility).

... quite possiblely the funniest thing ever.

-Philip

Boys Be quotes

A smile for the angel of tears
Advice on Heavenly Love
Even All the smiles in the World wouldn't be Enough
When the Sun Shines Bright Again
I want to give you the blue sky
Circle Dance ~ the Day after a full moon
The category of happiness
Embracing the Sleepless Night
Before the Winter Comes
The Promise of the Millennium
The end of the road
-------------------------
Reaching for the sky, I stood still...
to prevent my tears from overflowing
Again the one I want to see tonight..
will not come to me in my dreams
Even all alone, I want to step forward
Thank you for embracing me.
For the sea of darkness to frighten me so...
is it unlike me? I don't want to run away
For the sake of flying higher than before...
I pulled back to where I started from...
but my heart is still warm...
from all these memories.
My fingers are silver..
illuminated by the wanning moon
I felt I could do anything...
with this almost painful courage..
From behind my shaking legs..
the wind pushed me along
even that habit of biting my nails vanished.
It may have been a gift.
Two loves overlap...
running into and circling each other
forgetting everything and running wild
because these memories are so intense
The honest cry of "I love you"
brought back all those smiles
that I want to see from now on.
the memories are still alive.

The 2nd part is a song called Memories

This is from the original quote sheet I got from my best friend Daniel, freshman year of high school. It is the reason I started my quotes journal several times over =D.

Don't you love those ads on TV for prescription drugs? First
you see all these happy people dancing and running on the beach and serving
each other Jell-O, when the announcer tells you how you've been living a lie
and it's time to admit that you suffer from hair loss and that as a direct
result of your hair loss, everyone hates you, including all the people in
this commercial, who have hired the cast of Resivior Dogs to kill you.

And then, as the happy people eat thier Jell-O and hug thier damn babies, we
learn how we can get this incredible drug that will end all hair loss and
give your pathetic excuse for an exsitence a shred of meaning once again.
And at this point we see the happy people collecting seashells, discovering
cures for cancer, single-handedly defeating entire professional basketball
teams in a game of HORSE,etc. all to distract you as the announcer says, in
as happy a way possible
that,"Roxinabletricleminoxideltaclepikachumandrexamine may cause vomiting,
impotence, spontanous combustion, diariaha so potent that the force of your
farts will propel you across rooms, cival war, the cancellation of The
Practice, your ass to collapse, any children that you may ever have to
de-evolve into vicious baboons upon contact with the Earth's atmosphere, a
career boost for Charlie Sheen, certain death for you and everyone you know,
an ABBA reunion tour, and some mild headaches. If you are ever planning to
come in contact with any other living creature ever again please do not take
this product."

And then the happy people, still giddy after saving the earth from the alien
forces, all wave at you and the announcer reminds you that they'll never
like you unless you have hair.

"This is our world now... the world of the electron and the switch,
the beauty of the baud. We make use of a service already existing
without paying for what could be dirt-cheap if it wasn't run by
profiteering gluttons, and you call us criminals. We explore... and
you call us criminals. We seek after knowledge... and you call us
criminals. We exist without skin colour, without nationality, without
religious bias... and you call us criminals. You build atomic bombs,
you wage wars, you murder, cheat, and lie to us and try to make us
believe it's for our own good, yet we're the criminals.

Yes, I am a criminal. My crime is that of curiosity. My crime is that
of judging people by what they say and think, not what they look like.

My crime is that of outsmarting you, something that you will never
forgive me for. I am a hacker, and this is my manifesto. You may
stop this individual, but you can't stop us all... after all, we're
all alike."

- The Mentor, "The Conscience of a Hacker"

Eyeglazer: Evil evil evil...evil...evil...evil...evil....
John007Z: Why yes, I am. Why do you ask?
Eyeglazer: Evil...evil...
John007Z: Um... Did you forget your Prozac this
morning or something?
Eyeglazer: E...v...i...l.....
John007Z: Yes, sir, excellent choice. Would you
like your evil rare or medium well?
Eyeglazer: Evil...evil...
John007Z: I see. Well, now, we have an excellent
selection of wines to go with your evil. Would you
like red or white wine? I believe red goes best
with rare evil.
Eyeglazer: Evil...
John007Z: And now for dessert. Care to order dessert
in advance, sir?
Eyeglazer: <nods> Evil.
John007Z: All right then. We have a wonderful side
order of evil pie over here....
Eyeglazer: How evil...?
John007Z: Oh, extremely evil, sir.

(pure derangement)

-------------------------

Wisdom of the Regs:

-------------------------

"One person will invent loneliness, two people will invent love, and
three people will invent war."
- Dave G.

"Then there's the concept of 'fun.' What is the ultimate goal in
life? Who the hell knows? But it's almost universally known that it's
better to have fun on the way to that goal than to worry about 'passing
the game' your whole life. And what's more fun than taking the universe,
saying 'bugger to you' and making a game out of it? It'll make, say,
math homework, a hell of a lot easier to stomach."
- Excerpt from Charon's AGFFU contribution.

"There is no greater tragedy than a person who does not care."
- Rubi.

"It would be foolish to not take it, and foolish to take it. The
difference is that one foolishness can be fixed later and the other
cannot."
- Slipgate.

"But there will be a dawn eventually, and the next day will
begin - hopefully, a day whose brightness helps soften the
darkness of the previous night. But the dawn will certainly
never come if you choose to inflict on yourself the night
eternal that is death."
- Saint Kain, on suicide.

"Yet in nearly every case, there is somewhere to look for the path
to the beam of sunlight that pierces the clouds hanging over a
life of misery. And if we only think to look for that sunlight,
sooner or later we'll find it."
- Saint Kain.

"Many paths are open to you; it's up to you which one to take
and follow to the end."
- Aeaen.
BELIEFS:

I believe -
that we don't have to change friends
if we can understand that friends change.

I believe -
that no matter how good a friend is,
they're going to hurt you every
once in a while and you must forgive
them for that, and move on.

I believe -
that true friendship continues to grow,
even over the longest distance.
Same goes for true love.

I believe -
that you can do something in an instant
that will give you heartache for life.

I believe -
that it's taking me a long time
to become the person I want to be,
the type of person my dog
already thinks I am.

I believe -
that you should always leave loved ones
with loving words. It may be the last
time you see them.

I believe -
that you can keep going
long after you KNOW you can't.

I believe -
that we are responsible for what we do,
no matter how we feel.

I believe -
that either you control your attitude
or it controls you.

I believe -
that regardless of how hot and
steamy a relationship is at first,
the passion fades and there had
better be something else to take
its place.

I believe -
that money is a lousy way of
keeping score.

I believe -
that my best friend and I can do anything
or nothing and have the best time.

I believe -
that sometimes the people you expect
to kick you when you're down,
will be the ones to help you get back up.

I believe -
that sometimes when I'm angry
I have the right to be angry,
but that nothing gives me
the right to be cruel.

I believe -
that just because someone doesn't love
you the way you want them to, doesn't
mean they don't love you with all they have.

I believe -
that maturity has more to do with
what types of experiences you've had
and what you've learned from them
and less to do with how many
birthdays you've celebrated! .

I believe -
that we should give an extra listen
to people who have celebrated
a lot of birthdays
they may just know
something we don't.

I believe -
that it isn't always enough to be
forgiven by others. Sometimes you
have to learn to forgive yourself.

I believe -
that no matter how bad your heart is broken
the world doesn't stop for your grief.

I believe -
that our background and circumstances
may have influenced who we were,
but we are responsible for who we become.

I believe -
that just because two people argue,
it doesn't mean they don't love each other
And just because they don't argue,
it doesn't mean they do.

I believe -
that you shouldn't be so eager to find out a
secret. It could change your life forever
in ways you never dreamed.

I believe -
that two people can look at the exact
same thing and see something totally.
different. And neither one is wrong.

I believe -
that your life can be changed in a matter of
hours by people who don't even know you.

I believe -
that even when you think you have no more
to give, when a friend cries out to you
you will find the strength to help.

I believe -
that credentials on the wall
do not make you a decent human being.

I believe -
that the people you care about most in life
are taken from you too soon.

I believe -
that heroes are the ordinary people
who do what has to be done
when it needs to be done,
regardless of the consequences.
